On 11–12 September 2026, the Perkasa Flight School team visited Chennai, India, to meet aspiring pilots, connect with aviation institutions, and explore new opportunities for collaboration.

One of the highlights of the visit was the signing of a cooperation agreement with MH Cockpit, a pilot training institute based in Chennai. Through this partnership, Indian students will have the opportunity to pursue professional flight training at Perkasa Flight School in Indonesia, with a pathway toward meeting Indian DGCA licensing requirements and pursuing A320 Type Rating training, subject to applicable regulatory and training requirements.

To support Indian cadets, Perkasa offers an India DGCA-oriented syllabus designed to help students prepare for their home country's licensing requirements from the beginning of their training, making the transition back to India smoother.

During the visit, our team also had the pleasure of meeting aeronautical engineering students at the Vels Institute of Science, Technology and Advanced Studies (VISTAS). We received a warm welcome and enjoyed sharing more about our pilot training programs and career opportunities in aviation.
