Between 23 September and 1 October 2026, nine Perkasa Flight School cadets reached an exciting milestone in their pilot training journey by successfully completing their first solo flights, released by our flight instructors, Capt. Ariza and Capt. Angli. Among them were five cadets from the Myanmar Airways International (MAI) Cadet Pilot Program: Zayar, Azun, Soe San, William, and Jade; three students from Vietnam: Chan Thong, Min, and Huy; and one Indonesian student, Numa.

On 11–12 September 2026, the Perkasa Flight School team visited Chennai, India, to meet aspiring pilots, connect with aviation institutions, and explore new opportunities for collaboration. One of the highlights of the visit was the signing of a cooperation agreement with MH Cockpit, a pilot training institute based in Chennai. Through this partnership, Indian students will have the opportunity to pursue professional flight training at Perkasa Flight School in Indonesia, with a pathway toward meeting Indian DGCA licensing requirements and pursuing A320 Type Rating training, subject to applicable regulatory and training requirements.

From 28 to 30 September 2026, Perkasa Flight School had the pleasure of welcoming Capt. Nitish Arora, Founder of November Alpha Aviation Academy (NAAA), India, for a visit to explore potential collaboration between our institutions. Established in 2009, NAAA is an aviation education and career-preparation academy with branches in Mumbai, Surat, and Delhi. The academy works with flight schools in several countries, including the United States, South Africa, New Zealand, the Philippines, and Europe. According to NAAA, it sends more than 300 students overseas for flight training each year.

From 3 to 11 October 2026, Perkasa Flight School joined the Aviation Connect Asia Pilot Training Career Expo & Seminar Tour, meeting aspiring pilots across seven cities in Asia. The tour took us to Singapore; Kuala Lumpur and Kota Kinabalu, Malaysia; Bandar Seri Begawan, Brunei Darussalam; Taipei, Taiwan; Hong Kong; and Bangkok, Thailand.

On 7 October 2026, Perkasa Flight School participated in the 3rd PNG Aviation Career Expo 2026, held alongside the 11th PNG Aviation Safety & Security Conference at APEC Haus in Port Moresby, Papua New Guinea. As a flight school approved by the Civil Aviation Safety Authority of Papua New Guinea (CASA PNG), Perkasa welcomed many enthusiastic students to its booth, where they learned more about our pilot training programs and the opportunities available to pursue a career in aviation.

Unlike most flight training programs that end once you earn your pilot license, Perkasa Flight School is the only flight school in Indonesia that offers qualified cadets a guaranteed opportunity to start their careers as Flight Instructors.
