Between 23 September and 1 October 2026, nine Perkasa Flight School cadets reached an exciting milestone in their pilot training journey by successfully completing their first solo flights, released by our flight instructors, Capt. Ariza and Capt. Angli.

Among them were five cadets from the Myanmar Airways International (MAI) Cadet Pilot Program: Zayar, Azun, Soe San, William, and Jade; three students from Vietnam: Chan Thong, Min, and Huy; and one Indonesian student, Numa.

A first solo flight is a moment every student pilot looks forward to. It is the first time they take full responsibility for an aircraft in the air, putting their training, skills, and confidence to the test.

We are incredibly proud of all nine cadets for reaching this important milestone and grateful to our flight instructors for their dedication and guidance throughout the journey.
